High rise Condo apartment on a tourist oriented island. About 15 minutes walk to eateries and supermarkets. Limited access to DD. No MRT. Need transport to tourist attraction [example ref light house]

Yes, you can see the sea but it's not a full seaview as claimed. There is one building blocking the views. Despite that, you get quite a view from the balcony.
The washing machine also turned out to be handy.
The location is less than 10 minutes from the town center. You will need to rent a electric scooter 🛵 to move around.
The scooter rental company recommended by the owner provides good service.

Thanks to excellent directions and instructions we managed to find the flat easily.......even though it was late at night. The room was spotless and the view was excellent from the balcony...we took great photos of the sunset and the view of the fishing boats at night is unusual. The facilities were as described...fridge, washing machine, kettle etc and we made this our home for 4 nights. In the evening we ate at local restaurants and hired e bikes to tour the fabulous Island. Definitely recommend

The room was large and comfortable, and the bed was soft and comfortable. The staff was very patient and provided several rooms for me to choose from. All in all, the price/performance ratio was very high and I would stay there again next time.

It was better than expected. We lived on the 16th floor. When we opened the balcony, the sea came into view. It was very beautiful!
I added WeChat with the housekeeper before checking in. The housekeeper was very considerate and recommended local food, attractions, and routes to us at once! If there was any need, the reply was very timely.
We rode the electric car from where we lived to Qingao Bay. There were beautiful scenery along the coastline all the way!
The whole room layout was good. There was a bed in each of the two rooms. My friend and I each had one room without disturbing each other. We sat on the sofa in the living room and drank tea when we wanted to chat. My friend said that every time he came back from outside, it felt like home!
The only drawback was that the room had the smell of decoration!
