這次入住體驗堪稱完美！從踏入酒店的瞬間，禮賓員熱情接過行李並貼心指引，前台辦理入住迅速高效，還主動升級房型，這份驚喜讓人倍感温暖。客房佈置典雅大氣，床品柔軟親膚，躺上去秒入夢鄉，智能設備的應用更是科技感拉滿，窗簾、燈光都能一鍵控制。

真的很驚艷到我的酒店，首先是房間的陽台，真的很漂亮，我其實衹是想看海，沒想看日出，但是覺得能看到日出的大海應該比較漂亮，最後發現很值得，其次酒店服務簡直是五星服務，每天會告知日出時間，因為我前一天在汕頭吃壞了拉肚子發燒到40度，清晨5點一直持續腹瀉到10點，一點力氣都沒有，拿手機發微信也感覺是在拚命，帶着兩個15歲的貪睡娃，怕自己拉脱水了衹能求助酒店幫我送兩瓶脈動，酒店前台毫不猶豫幫我秒送上來，真的超級感動得，最後退房時還有東西落下酒店，酒店免費幫忙寄回老家，而且每次有問題都是微信秒回，五星級酒店都做不到。以後有機會衹要來南澳島還是會選擇這家酒店，真的物超所值絕對不會令你失望

在這裏真的住的非常舒服，住宿環境以及景色都特別的棒啊，而且工作人員的服務都特別的好，有什麼需求提出來都會盡量的滿足。送的奶茶也特別好喝。

公寓在山坡上，自己開車去也有停車位提供，走下沙灘有電梯，距離北迴歸線標誌較近，就是很小的小孩抱着走過去還是有點累，可是性價比確實很好，有空位還給我們升級了房型，可以半看海，而且房間出乎意料的乾淨，沒什麼灰塵，也沒有海邊城市容易出現的黴味。

開始是抱着試一試的心態訂的，結果沒有想到很滿意，前台小姐姐小哥哥第一時間打電話聯繫，發酒店位置，發遊玩攻略，到酒店了給我們升級了可以看日出的房間，還贈送了飲品，停車也是免費的，管家有什麼問題都很熱心解答，更值得一提的是，房間配備了一次性浴巾！！！這是我預想不到的，很多酒店都沒有這個服務的，真的很好，包括我自己也是做酒店，一次性浴巾很重要，房間乾淨安靜，前台服務很好，管家小姐姐也很貼心，來青澳灣住很值得，下次還來這裏住，贊一個😄
