民宿性價比還行，房間在七樓比較大，臨海，坐在餐桌前看海還是比較愜意，從19棟入口進負一層，有免費地下停車場，需要加老闆微信告知車牌號，即可進出自由，房間有小冰箱和洗衣機，樓下就是海鮮店和早餐館。從一樓大廳到電梯之間公共過道區域衞生差點。

酒店衞生非常好👍房間設備齊全，特別是地理位置優越，吃飯、去沙灘漫步都很方便，早晨起床看到外面的天空和大海心情愉悦！酒店老闆人特別好，退房後我們想去騎車環島看看，就把行李寄存到老闆那裡，天黑才去取，老闆一句怨言都沒有，發生問題也能及時為我們解決特別感動！

服務態度很好，設施齊全，最喜歡的地方除了窗景就是晾衣架和一次性洗臉巾和浴巾，在樓下租電動車就可以全島逛了，民宿在兩個公交車站之間，都不遠。設施方面還需要再完善一下，如淋浴間的門，如窗户，窗户沒辦法落鎖。總的來説是非常不錯的民宿，可以選擇。

設施：房間裏面東西很齊全，浴巾毛巾什麼的都是一次性的，用起來很放心；設施完善，有投影，老闆還開了會員，什麼都能看；有熱水器，冰箱，房間也很大，性價比很高。
衞生：房間面向大海，很乾凈。但因為有海風，平常要關好窗户，要不然會進灰，還可能會有小飛蟲跑進來。
周邊：周邊到處都是租小電動的，裏後宅鎮很近，吃夜宵很方便；出門走200米就是一個沙灘，晚上有人放煙花很好看。

優點:地理位置是可以的，在後宅（縣中心，吃飯逛街都方便），入住時指引明確，很容易就可以找到，住宿有免費停車可以多次出入！陽台的確可以看到海景！也有備好一次性毛巾牙刷杯等用品！
缺點:民宿所在的樓盤管理差，停車場一股垃圾的酸臭味，房間隔音也不好，走廊外旁邊大聲關門都可以清楚聽到！其次入住的607房，門口是正對着整層的樓梯間垃圾桶，出門就味道異味！房間的衞生也打掃得一般，杯架上厚厚的灰塵！
最後，如果想帶娃玩水挖沙的話，附近沒有適合玩的沙灘，要開車到20幾公里以外的沙灘才可以！

住了一天特別喜歡這裏，房間裝修很舒服，客廳和卧室窗外直接能看海。酒店位置也好，樓下海鮮和粉店都好吃，晚上在陽台上還能看到煙花。老闆人很好，停車可以停地下車庫，很方便。

酒店在6樓，設施也挺齊全的。附近就是公交站，出行非常方便。樓下有租電瓶，也有粿條吃的，但味道不咋地。走遠一點就是後宅街，有更多吃的選擇。
