因為在灣裏考試，訂了考點附近的全季。第一天是晚上到的，走進前廳，就被前台工作人員的微笑温暖到。辦理入住時，前台竟然給我的身份證套上了保護套，很細節。第二天，前台免費幫我們打印了准考證，前台也因此得知我們是來灣裏參加考試的，接連兩天給我們送了水果，更貼心的是還給臍橙配了剝皮器。考完試回酒店，阿姨也是把房間清理得很整潔。工作人員們不打擾的關心，令人感動。贛南臍橙很甜很甜❤️

前台小姐姐小哥哥非常温柔有耐心，處理問題也很靈活，每次在那等待的時間就會有温熱的茶水送上，心裏暖暖的！
房間很乾凈整潔，酒店設施也很新，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺，酒店永遠有一股茶香，沁人心脾！
這兩天反正各方面都特別滿意，下次來肯定還是首選這裏！

一樓廁所的味道太大了，不知道是不是下水道反水，要去搭乘電梯必須經過廁所門口，每次路過那個味道太大了。
晚上十二點入住的，因為春節期間旅遊一直住全季，每家辦理入住時都有送一個入住禮物，這家沒有，所以就問了一嘴“這幾天住其他城市全季有禮物，請問你們有嗎？”前台回答衹有鉑金可以送。
第二天早上退房的時候在前台自助咖啡機打咖啡，機子有點壞了一滴滴下咖啡，就請他們幫忙看看是不是出口堵塞了，一個男前台站在櫃內説不知道，一個女前台蹲在地上頭都沒抬説“咖啡機壞了，是不是就這樣”好吧，看這意思也是沒有想修理。
