旅店位於「謝家村地鐵站」4號口出，「恆茂夢時代」2號公寓樓，位置無可挑剔，為交通節點，且就在百貨廣場中心，飲食無虞外，各色商店俱全。
旅舍本身乃公寓套房改建，門口無任何牌招，格局也如一般旅店房，入口即是衛浴；房內不再隔間，靠牆兩側擺放四組隔板上下舖，角落再置一鐵架床，總容9人。中央置一條桌充為交誼區，擺置飲料、泡麵等自助消費。對外大窗是高樓層市景，霓虹燈彩燦然；此處另闢作晾衣區，將空間極限利用。
床位得自鋪枕被套、床單，舖位有拉簾以保隱私，床頭有置物格，小燈已損壞，側壁二、三孔插座有二，WiFi訊號佳。
公共衛浴只一，洗臉盆、淋浴間、坐便均隔開，供吹風機；仍有人在內抽菸，菸味竄入房間，不悅。淋浴間供洗沐乳，熱水足用，排水良好。另提供免費洗衣機服務。

酒店位置優越，樓下就是恆茂夢時代廣場（商業區）附近就是地鐵站，出行方便；老闆人也非常熱心；價格實惠。

5星好評！青年旅社位於恆茂夢時代廣場，周邊美食雲集，大學林立，交通便利，地鐵口僅200米。老闆隨和健談，氛圍友好，性價比超高，背包客首選！下次還會光顧，還有兩個哥哥已經住了一週了，這次是來出差，順便去了贛江和秋水廣場，這裏過去坐地鐵過去幾站，沒想到六年沒來南昌，變化很大
