離辦事的地方挺近的，設定一般。冬天去的，不開空調會很冷。臨近大學，但是趕上學生放假了，周邊商業配套一般。服務態度可以，衞生一般。這個價位可以了，畢竟是省會城市。而且是在高校周邊。

衞生還可以，衞生間很乾凈，小姐姐的接待態度也很好，唯一不足就是，空調太老舊了，冷風還好，熱風的話一股味，洗澡的花灑 水太小了，擰大點，有點像洗車的噴灑，不是很舒服，但是一分價錢一分貨嘛，這個價錢在南昌已經很實惠了。
