What impressed me most was the reception staff of the hotel. They are warm and friendly, always smiling, giving people a feeling of being at home. From checking in to providing various suggestions and help, the service staff showed extremely high professionalism and patience. Especially the two front desk ladies who received us that day, their careful care and thoughtful service made me feel warm, which truly reflected the hotel's attention to guests. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities, allowing me to get enough rest during the tiring journey. The gym and swimming pool are very good, high-end and atmospheric, and the hotel's catering is also excellent, both breakfast and dinner are very good. Next time I come to Nanchang, I will stay in this hotel again. No matter which city I go to in the future, I will decide to choose Crown Hotel as my first choice.

I am an overseas Chinese in Australia. My father is unable to come to Nanchang due to health reasons. I took my wife and mother back to Nanchang to visit relatives and worship ancestors. I booked this hotel. The breakfast and dinner are buffet style, which is quite rich. My family is very satisfied. Because my wife is pregnant and is sensitive to light and sound, we changed to another room. I would like to thank Mr. Zhou, the hotel's duty manager, and related staff for their meticulous and thoughtful warm service. I will still choose this hotel when I return to China next time.

The cleaning lady will remember your approximate living hours, and the lobby manager and the doorman will chat with you. 3. The Meiling Mountain Scenic Area is behind it. There is no downtown nearby. If you like mountains and rivers and outdoor friends, this place is absolutely suitable, and there is a large hot spring. It is definitely good for recovery to come back from a day of playing in the hot spring.
