酒店服務非常好，酒店前台小崔很熱情，服務態度很棒，贈品了一份水果，為她點一個大大的贊👍👍👍。酒店衞生很乾凈，早餐也不錯，出入很方便，停車場很大，停車免費，酒店西門出去就是艾溪湖，有很多大雁、天鵝，秋沙鴨、鳳頭鸊鷉等，還有加拿大雁，鶴園有很多蓑羽鶴。湖邊空氣質量好，可以沿着環湖步道跑步或徒步，整體十分舒適。

非常滿意的一家酒店，雖然離熱門景點有些距離，但事實證明選擇這裏絕對是個正確的決定。
設施：設施很好很新，空調，淋浴🚿都很舒服。而且有個陽台，面前是一大片草地。距離行車道很遠大約150米左右。夜間睡覺一點也不吵。
衞生：衞生做的很棒。
環境：後面就是個很大的公園，裏面還有個小景點天鵝湖，養了幾十衹天鵝，可以花費15元領半顆捲心菜喂天鵝，別有一番情趣。
服務：服務人員都彬彬有禮，還送了粥，水果和酸奶到房間。早餐品種繁多，品質也很高。味道相當不錯。

春節期間來南昌，酒店周邊環境很美，房間很好，衞生間也很大，提前預訂的，還貼心的送了小米粥，和水果，非常暖心。

以前住過一次，很喜歡酒店的地段，就在艾溪湖濕地公園旁邊，酒店後門可以刷房卡就直接進入艾溪湖公園了。房間乾淨衞生，前台辦理入住禮貌親和，樓層的衞生工阿姨也很好，會熱情主動招呼、還送了我水果拼盤，唯一的缺點就是酒店硬件設施有點老化，有些燈的開關不夠靈便，個別壁燈不亮
