Fantastic stay, room was great and spacious. Shout out to Penny for being such an amazing person and helping me out with everything. Penny contacted me a few hours before check in, and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. She told me to contact her in case of anything and also upgraded my room! The customer service is definitely a wow factor! The rest of the staff were also extremely nice, and it is pretty amazing how quick the front desk picks up when you need something from your room.
This stay was more than great, thanks again Crowne Plaza, definitely will be back; and special thanks to Penny for making my stay feel special!

The hotel also has a rich and varied breakfast, which is very good for a five-star hotel of this type. Later, we stayed in a river view suite with a beautiful view for one night. I must stay in this hotel when I come to Nanchang in the future. The only downside is that smoking is not allowed in the executive lounge, and there is no smoking area. It is not very friendly to smokers.
