Guomao Hotel

The location is relatively good. It's close to shopping malls and subway stations. It's convenient for eating and traveling. However, when I went there, roads were being built around the area. The road conditions were average. The breakfast at the hotel was pretty good.

Service: Very poor, can be described as bad. When my friend and I checked in at a little after one o'clock, the two female front desk ladies treated each other coldly. My order stated that I had the right to upgrade my room type. I saw that the two female front desk ladies were the same and I didn't ask if it was the same. I was upgraded to a room type. When I went up, I found that we were not upgraded to a room type and were given a tail room. The hot water would take a long time to be released. It's hard to evaluate the ingredients. It depends on whether we are students or two girls, right? Because I really didn’t want to go down and ask what was going on after the long journey (PS: Why didn’t you call the front desk, because the front desk’s attitude was really bad when I checked in and asked about the hot water situation!!), I stayed in the room with my friend. After resting, I left the hotel at 4pm and went to the front desk. I asked the female front desk girl if our room had been upgraded? The front desk told us that they couldn't see my upgrade rights and asked why I told them before I checked in. ha? I was shocked. Couldn't you tell me that you didn't see clearly or something with a better attitude? Are you going to tell this lie? Later, when I called Ctrip's customer service number on the subway, I was told that the hotel front desk could see my entitlement to room upgrade, which was a self-evident lie. The final negotiation was to give us a fruit platter and small gifts (as shown below). When we returned to the room in the evening, my friend and I were shocked again. Four oranges and two so-called "small gifts" (one of which was still torn apart) The situation is nothing more than this. My friends and I didn’t touch this so-called “compensation”. Let’s leave it to them to enjoy. In short, the service attitude of this hotel is really rubbish.
