到酒店大堂，就一個前台那邊打電話，等了幾分鐘我主動詢問房間設施，和我説等一下，看見客人來，不應該前台主動先和客人説稍等嘛？其次給我開的房間投影儀沒用，熱水沒有，我打電話給前台，前台説打電話聯繫阿姨，等了半天，我在走廊看見打掃衞生阿姨，去問這個情況怎麼回事，阿姨説這種情況要找水電工，我跑去樓下，這個時候前台才説換個房間，然後換個房間，房間的床單有兩個黑點，就這種情況下，想要求送個早餐卷都沒有

真的垃圾 沒見過這麼噁心的酒店 這酒店還要170一晚 床翻個身都咯吱咯吱響 熱水都不熱 要什麼沒什麼 幾乎插座都沒電 WiFi網速幾乎是0 隔音一點都沒有 半夜能聽見別人唱歌 真的避坑

前台服務垃圾，晚上辦理的入住説可以到第二天2點退房，第二天12點我都還在夢裡，被前台電話催醒了，前台一直跟我強調説超過12點要加20塊一個小時！我説你沒見過錢啦，如果晚上前台你不答應我到2點，我就根本不會來住。就是我拍照這個人態度相當差。而且就酒店環境衞生相當差，3樓走廊過道很臭，像死了老鼠🐭

1.房間非常昏暗，衹有4個小燈，窗户被遮擋沒有陽光。
2.進房間發現有個煙頭沒處理乾淨，趕緊讓人來處理過了好久才弄乾凈後。
3.最讓我生氣的是，打掃衞生的阿姨把我在濟南給朋友買的一袋吃的當垃圾扔了！！！！！！我告知前台後沒有任何答覆，就這樣過去了。垃圾不扔扔我的吃的🤬
