前台接待冷冰冰的，到達和離開時都沒任何笑容，更沒人禮貌問候。衹有離店時，有個黑色工作服的人（經理？）説了句歡迎下次再來。
浴室花灑不充水時，很難掛穩，今早洗澡突然掉下來，把腳背砸出血。到前台和服務員反饋，沒任何關心的話，衹説讓人去看看花灑。

新年入住，酒店還準備了新年小禮品，很貼心。關於酒店裡任何疑問，前台都一一熱情服務，幫忙解決，搞衞生的阿姨也主動微笑與我們問好，體驗感很好。到了南昌還拍了照，看了大年初一驚艷全國的煙花大秀。
