前台有個小姑娘特別的熱情 從外地來這邊出差不清楚位置 貼心的引領 還帶我去了地鐵站 超讚 房間也很乾凈整潔 很不錯 下次來南昌還會選擇這家酒店

凌晨2點到店，3點外面開始施工，昏昏沉沉睡到早上7點30分外面正式施工開始，挖地基的聲音吵的無法入睡，沒有2-3年估計都建設不好這片空地。

好早之前去延安就住在星程，當時就給我和家人的印象非常好！這次來南昌還是選擇住星程！衞生環境很不錯，每天都會打掃衞生，補上礦泉水！前台接待也很耐心！早餐豐富，味道很不錯！

先説優點：距離2號線雅苑路地鐵站非常近，可以從高鐵站直達，有家庭房，兩張大床，對一家三口出行十分友好，每天送四瓶水，很給力，離秋水廣場很近，看完音樂噴泉可以走路回來，周圍吃飯的地方挺多的
再説缺點：衞生一般，早餐一般，電梯難等

環境：安靜舒適，近地鐵
服務：有禮貌，打掃勤快，但不夠細心，茶包，沐浴露哪些沒有及時補充。
設施：房內設施較好，房間多電梯小上下不方便，另有通道連通隔壁樓的其他電梯，不用刷卡就可進出，不夠安全。
其他：早餐品種不多，味道還行，近地鐵口，樓下有麪店飯館便利店
