很差 無敵差 沒住過那麼差的酒店 真的給各位大網友有避雷了，能不入住的千萬別入住，從來沒住過那麼差的五星級酒店，不知道五星級的定義是在哪裡，從來都不評論的 但是實在忍不住差評，攜程這個平台是沒有任何問題的，很積極的在幫我們解決問題，但是店家服務態度和環境還有各種設備都太差了，連三星級都不如，説好的2:00入住到4:30都還沒安排入住衞生也沒打掃好，直到4:30還是投訴到攜程後台，然後後台跟我們溝通才説打掃好了酒店也不會主動告訴我們，已經打掃好了，一進去股上一位客人留下來的泡麪酸臭味，也就算了，看見床單，這就是他們説的打掃好了，太讓人噁心了，我們定了兩晚，有一間房間是含早的，然後我爸爸媽媽過去吃早餐，他説衹能吃另外一位不能吃，第一次見到那麼搞笑的酒店房間 明明兩位住户，房間含早但是衹能一位吃早餐，然後他們工作人員説他們大堂經理説的真的太讓人噁心了年初五一大早就讓人很生氣，説實在的，早餐的質量差到連街邊的小吃店都不如 吃不吃也沒所謂了 反正就是千萬別入住。

先説優點:酒店地理不錯，窗外就看得到繩經塔，周邊吃的也有幾家營業。缺點::酒店衹有固定温度的暖氣沒有降温的空調，一進房間特別熱，晚上開窗開房門通風了很久温度才降下一點，而且黴味較重。一個插曲:退房時正好看到經理送了別的客人盒裝的禮物，就厚着臉皮問是不是有伴手禮，前台勉強給了個書簽，跟別人應該是有差距，雖然書簽挺好看的，但心裏還是不太舒服。
