The room is clean and sanitary with good lighting facilities. The transportation nearby is very convenient. The front desk service is also very good. I will stay here again next time!

This is the first time I have given a serious bad review since I stayed in the hotel. 1. They took a photo of my ID card without permission and uploaded it to their WeChat group. After raising objections, they still argued and uploaded it after returning the ID card. The operation was not compliant, legal, and leaked personal privacy. It is called a chain hotel, but it is a mess. 2. The room arranged was the last room in the corridor. I asked to change the room, but they refused. They said there was no room to change, and there was a price difference for other rooms. Obviously, the room I booked can still be booked; 3. The service attitude of the front desk was quite awesome. Maybe they disliked my bad attitude when I stayed in the hotel. They put on a black face and rolled their eyes throughout the whole process. Maybe I disturbed people looking at their phones when I stayed in the hotel; 4. Someone who claimed to be a manager called me and asked me what I wanted. Please, I just stayed in the hotel, not to help you manage the hotel. I just told what I encountered, and it seemed like I was going to blackmail you.
