住過很多酒店民宿，這次的名宿讓我覺得有點差強人意，首先是位置是一個老舊的公寓，電梯門口那個燈閃啊閃，烏漆嘛黑，我們白天去辦的入住，都感覺很害怕，到處都是臟兮兮的，房間裏面也有點臟臟的感覺，特別是衞生間，剛好遇到南昌大風天氣，因為窗户是普通的鋁合金，不是斷橋鋁，所以風呼呼的響，我們一個晚上都沒有睡着，麻將也不是靜音的，擲骰子那聲音特別大，半夜都要嚇到。我用積分兑換了歡迎水果，衹有6顆旺仔奶糖，衞生間的紙巾也是別人剩下的，沒有換新。我和朋友看到這種情況，房間裏的瓶裝水我們都不敢喝。唯一好的就是接待的小哥挺好。

圖片無濾鏡。入住半小時就發現如下問題：1.沙發彈簧是壞的。2.浴室蓮蓬頭漏水，噼裏啪啦聲音很有節奏。3.投影儀卡死，聯繫過後調整但還是經常死機看一小時就不行。4.房間外環境實在太糟糕了（圖見p2）小區一路碎石，隔壁屋子的人不關門，小孩尖叫聲此起彼伏！5.衞生環境極差！圖見p345，光是浴室就很糟糕，瓷磚發黴，拖鞋是潮濕的還有小蟲子在爬，地上有頭髮。更別説浴室之外的了，被子也很潮濕，我和同行人不敢洗澡，也不敢脱衣服睡覺，一晚上實在焦心。6.房間香薰味巨重不知道是不是為了掩蓋房間的黴味？花都枯了。而且漏油桌子上黃黃的。。。
服務態度是好的，針對客人的入住要求寫了一張紙，提交了200的按金，讓我覺得可以放心入住，誰知走進門一看實在傻眼。190的大床房，有這個錢我為什麼不乾脆再多花30去住連鎖酒店呢？？槽多無口，住了一晚飛快退房離開了。我覺得我這個評價非常客觀了，是來江西最差的一次體驗。好評返現20元，價格不低。我大家擦亮眼睛看看吧。

這次是我們兩個小情侶住宿以來最滿意的一次，一進門就有淡淡的香味，準備了水 水果 糖，都是很不錯的，浴巾！還有床上用品 全部都是那種做的特別好，特別讓人放心的，空間佈局就是真的沒有賣家秀和買家秀的區別
然後房東大大對我們也特別好，服務上面的事情幫助特別多，嘿嘿

房間很漂亮，衞生很乾凈，毛巾消毒後密封包裝的，很令人放心，設施很齊全，床墊是乳膠的，讓人一夜好眠。民宿在老城區，交通也挺方便的，下次再來還會選擇這裏的。
