The main entrance is inspiring. Front desk was extremely helpful. As I would’ve expected from Shangri-La the room was exceptional. The view was wonderful picture of the river. I was disappointed with the Chinese restaurant second floor, where we ate dinner and I was also disappointed with breakfast offering at the Horizon club on the 32nd floor. Dinner early they were out of seven dishes that we selected they were still on the menu to choose from incomprehensible. At breakfast the staff at the Horizon club was very attentive, however, the food selection was sparse, and while quite fresh, was less than expected. Hotel 5 Stars. Restaurants 3 stars. Hotel staff and restaurant staff 5 stars

The reservation was made at the Pullman and was upgraded to the Steigenberger Hotel. This is the third time I have stayed at the Steigenberger Hotel. To be honest, the hygiene of this hotel is worse than every time, it is visibly dirty. There was a layer of dust on the mirror, there were spots on the carpet, and the edges and seams of the room were all gray. The hotel concierge is useless and has a very bad attitude.

The hotel is in a great location. Although the room was much more expensive than the day before, considering the location and the room's acceptability, I decided to stay for another day. The front desk clerk was very dedicated and asked if we needed to change the bed sheets and quilt covers, and immediately arranged for someone to clean so that we could rest at noon. The parking lot is also very large. As long as it is not too far from the entrance, you can always find a parking space. The facilities are old, but I want towels. Timely updates of bed sheets and quilt covers will make up for the shortcomings of old facilities.

I returned to Nanchang from Shanghai to celebrate the New Year, visit the elderly and reunite with my family. Because my family had booked a New Year's Eve dinner at Jialait, for convenience, I also booked a 6-day and 5-night family suite (accommodating 3 people) at the hotel. After staying for 5 nights, my old father felt quite satisfied. The main reason is that the hotel's buffet breakfast is very rich and tastes good. Moreover, the breakfast time during the New Year is 7:00-11:00, which is very suitable. The hotel is an old-fashioned 5-star configuration, and the decoration style is a popular element 10 years ago, but it is well maintained. The central air-conditioning is too powerful, and the temperature in winter is very hot. Later, I opened a little window and it felt okay. The hotel's customer service/cleaning aunt, the restaurant staff, the service is very good, warm and polite. Auntie Xia Hongying comes to clean every day and greets my father warmly and wishes him a happy new year. Not bad👍👍 At breakfast every day, the restaurant receptionist greets my father warmly and jokes politely. Very good, nice. As a result, my father suggested that he can stay in this hotel during the Spring Festival next year😀😆 I forgot to take pictures of the guest room, so I uploaded 2 street views taken from the guest room, which are beautiful☺️

Hotel locates beside the Ganjiang River. the scenery is amzing,and Their service was aweful, especially Ms. Clover. if any chance，I will choose again.

Fantastic stay, room was great and spacious. Shout out to Penny for being such an amazing person and helping me out with everything. Penny contacted me a few hours before check in, and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. She told me to contact her in case of anything and also upgraded my room! The customer service is definitely a wow factor! The rest of the staff were also extremely nice, and it is pretty amazing how quick the front desk picks up when you need something from your room. This stay was more than great, thanks again Crowne Plaza, definitely will be back; and special thanks to Penny for making my stay feel special!

Awesome facilities and service. Notice that swimmers are required to wear a swim cap. The breakfast buffet on Level 2 is fantastic!

This is my second stay at the Primus and I believe there will be another in my near future. I love stay-cations as a way to unwind and rest from work. This particular trip was for my birthday and the staff was so kind to help us celebrate. From the decorations to the pool to the huge tub (I love baths!) and yummy breakfast. It was just the celebration I was looking for. So thankful they are just a Didi away! They even decorated my friend’s room too! The locker rooms have a steam room but it’s not constantly on. You have to ask them to turn it on and it takes awhile to heat up so, if you know you want to use it let the staff know well ahead of time. You can get massages but I have a regular place I love in the city that isn’t as pricey so I just go there. Sometimes breakfast is amazing and sometimes it’s ok…depends on what’s available I think. The best part! A miracle! I locked my passport and wallet in the room safe. Something I rarely do. Well, 3 days later I received a call from the front desk telling me they found my belongs in the room. I hadn’t even realized! Smh…I was so grateful. I ran over immediately and was given everything (after a few questions to make sure it was really me ). Nothing was missing! I’m still in shock and awe. Thanks again to the man at the front desk with excellent English and a kind demeanor who helped with my wallet. Really everyone was wonderful and it really makes a difference. I tell everyone to stay there and it’s because of the great service. Thanks Primus! I’m sure I’ll be back before work starts up again in February 2023. 新年快乐🎉🎆

I was very impressed with the hotel I stayed at this time. The whole process from booking to check-out was very smooth. The receptionist was warm and friendly, and the check-in process was quick. The room was elegantly decorated and the bed was comfortable, which allowed me to have a good sleep. The bathroom was clean and tidy, and there was plenty of hot water.
