Facilities: The facilities are very good and new, air conditioning, shower 🚿 are very comfortable. And there is a balcony, in front of a large grass. It is about 150 meters away from the driving lane. Sleeping at night is not noisy at all. Hygiene: Hygiene is great. Environment: Behind is a large park, there is also a small attraction Swan Lake, raising dozens of swans, you can spend 15 yuan to receive half a cabbage to feed the swan, don't have a taste. The main entrance is inspiring. Front desk was extremely helpful. As I would’ve expected from Shangri-La the room was exceptional. The view was wonderful picture of the river. I was disappointed with the Chinese restaurant second floor, where we ate dinner and I was also disappointed with breakfast offering at the Horizon club on the 32nd floor. Dinner early they were out of seven dishes that we selected they were still on the menu to choose from incomprehensible. At breakfast the staff at the Horizon club was very attentive, however, the food selection was sparse, and while quite fresh, was less than expected. Hotel 5 Stars. Restaurants 3 stars. Hotel staff and restaurant staff 5 stars

The hotel is in a great location. Although the room was much more expensive than the day before, considering the location and the room's acceptability, I decided to stay for another day. The front desk clerk was very dedicated and asked if we needed to change the bed sheets and quilt covers, and immediately arranged for someone to clean so that we could rest at noon. The parking lot is also very large. As long as it is not too far from the entrance, you can always find a parking space. The facilities are old, but I want towels. Timely updates of bed sheets and quilt covers will make up for the shortcomings of old facilities.

I was on a work trip to visit the nearby campus of Nanchang University, staying one Sunday night before the visit. I spent little waking time in the hotel. There were restaurants and convenience shops within easy walking distance but I did not dine nearby. The area was very quiet, at least on Sunday.
