Nanchang Hotels with Pools

The main entrance is inspiring. Front desk was extremely helpful. As I would’ve expected from Shangri-La the room was exceptional. The view was wonderful picture of the river. I was disappointed with the Chinese restaurant second floor, where we ate dinner and I was also disappointed with breakfast offering at the Horizon club on the 32nd floor. Dinner early they were out of seven dishes that we selected they were still on the menu to choose from incomprehensible. At breakfast the staff at the Horizon club was very attentive, however, the food selection was sparse, and while quite fresh, was less than expected. Hotel 5 Stars. Restaurants 3 stars. Hotel staff and restaurant staff 5 stars

The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance of Bayi Square and Jiangxi Art Museum. The service is very good, the breakfast is rich, and parking is convenient. The bathtub in the room is very popular with children. In general, it is worth recommending. If I have some suggestions, one is that the sound insulation in the room is not very good, and you can hear people talking outside clearly. Second, there are many people staying during the Spring Festival, and the breakfast is not replenished in time. However, the service is still very good. The popular mixed noodles were eaten up, and the hotel manager mixed them personally. Thumbs up 👍

This stay at Crowne Plaza Nanchang was a great experience. First of all, before check-in, Ms. Xiaoyi from the hotel's customer relations department called and contacted us on WeChat in advance to inquire about the hotel's facilities and room needs. Finally, she helped us upgrade to a non-smoking river view room and arranged a room next door for our elderly companions to take care of them. I would like to express my gratitude. After checking in, I found that the room was very clean, tidy and comfortable. The aunt who cleaned the room was very warm and kind. She greeted us every time we met and asked about the requirements for room cleaning. After a day of playing, the room was cleaned up, milk was delivered at night, and the night bed was made, slippers and non-slip mats were placed. The hotel's buffet breakfast is quite rich, with Nanchang specialty food. The clay pot soup and Nanchang mixed noodles tasted great. I forgot to take pictures of the hotel interior, but it was a pleasant stay.

Awesome facilities and service. Notice that swimmers are required to wear a swim cap. The breakfast buffet on Level 2 is fantastic!

The hotel is conveniently located, the service of the girl at the front desk is very good, the underground parking lot is also convenient, the breakfast has a wide variety and good taste, and the National Expo subway station is just outside the hotel. I will stay here again next time I go to Nanchang.

It feels run-down, not as good as before. When I checked in, the front desk looked indifferent. Not very popular. The decoration is old. The hot spring ♨️ only opened three pools on the day... No wonder no one went there. As the last stop of the trip to Jiangxi, it was a bit disappointing 😞.

Quick service Anna's service is in place and meticulous. She is very dedicated to handling problems and can put herself in the shoes of the guests. She is very considerate. Staying here makes me feel the warmth of home. The room is equipped with mineral water, coffee tea bags and other drinks. The space is also large, the lighting is very good, and the facilities are bright and complete. The mattress is comfortable, with moderate hardness. Parking is also very convenient. The location of the hotel is very good, and the transportation is also very convenient. Take a taxi. It is very convenient. Wanda Plaza is next to the door. The style is the background of Tengwang Pavilion. A satisfactory stay!

I upgraded the room type for free, which was a pity for me who was on a short business trip. The hotel occupies a peninsula, surrounded by the lake on three sides, with a beautiful environment, especially the big balcony, which was so cool that I felt like I was on vacation in a second. The hotel is a bit old, but the room is clean and tidy, without any stale smell. I have to complain about the air conditioner, which may have been in disrepair for a long time and is not very powerful. The temperature and wind speed need to be turned to the maximum to reach the room temperature of 25 degrees. The locker room of the swimming pool is also very cold. The hotel swimming pool is of standard size, the water is clean, and there is no deep water area. There is a long greenway along the lake leading to the hotel. There are many coffee shops nearby, but there are not many restaurants, so you have to walk a distance. In short, I still recommend this hotel, but compared with resort hotels, there is room for improvement in breakfast.

This was a super hotel and it really did feel five star. The location was right next to the river and yet only a five minute walk to the CBD. The hotels facilities, the gym and the swimming pool, were excellent and it was a very nice stay, I do have two concerns as the staff were not always so friendly, and the breakfast wasn’t as good as expected. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and I will probably stay there again anyhow.
