It was really good environment, especially if I want to talk about their product like toothpaste and shampoo shop everything was exclusive not like other hotel overall it was really good and good location

怎麼説呢，前台接待小姐姐和客服主管小姐姐服務態度值得稱讚，但除此之外的不好感受挺多的。房間的冰箱黴變長毛，瓶裝水瓶蓋長毛，先是客房服務來給簡單的擦了擦換了兩瓶水就完了，其實冰箱黴斑並沒有去除。下樓吃晚飯回房間看到兩位客房服務在我房間對面長椅坐着聊天，回房間後想要幾個紙杯開門準備叫門口的兩位，結果看到了我非常難受受的一幕，一位脱了鞋再不斷扣腳，一位手伸到衣服裏搓泥兒，大家能想想那個畫面吧，重點是看到我看她們並沒有要停下的意思。房間床單有污漬、空調口結滿蛛網，儘管客房主管小姐姐很快親自給收拾，態度也很好，可是。。。。還有重點，晚上洗完澡上完衞生間才發現房間換氣扇是壞的，所以衞生間很臭，本想在找客服，實在懶得動了。大家腦補畫面吧。

本來很喜歡這家酒店的，但是今天早上真的快把我搞崩潰了，跟朋友聊天本來就睡得晚，早晨七點鐘所有燈都開着，電視超大聲音放着新聞聯播，把我吵醒了，起來關掉後，外面的噪音巨大，根本沒辦法入睡，玻璃的隔音一點也不好，打電話問前台有耳塞嗎，態度也很冷漠是沒有，就直接掛了，閉眼快兩個小時還是被吵得睡不着，都感覺自己神經衰弱了，**外賣點了兩幅耳塞才勉強睡着
