本來是培訓入住！正常人的想法因為睡眠問題不想兩個人住，就説單獨再寫一間房，服務員居然説不行，態度生硬，也不知道想辦法，離譜了！看來你們不是服務行業，我有些疑惑，你們酒店的服務理念難道不包括儘量滿足顧客的合理需求嗎？我因為睡眠問題提出單獨住一間的請求，卻被你這樣生硬地拒絕，這讓我對你們的服務產生了懷疑。

出了電梯撲面而來的就是黴味混着燒焦味或者塵土味。屋裡燈光非常暗，地毯上都是頭髮，牆角到處都是黴點，掛着防盜鏈的門框也是壞的，隔音非常差，走廊正常説話的聲音可以聽的非常清楚，被子很潮（這個可能是天氣原因，客房阿姨給換了一個還可以的），床墊是彈簧床墊，偏硬且動一下就能聽見彈簧嘎吱嘎吱的響，吹風機很舊，風很小很燙。這是一個非常老舊的酒店，八年前和朋友入住的時候體驗是還不錯的，想着故地重遊，可惜保養的不好，下次是絕對不會再住的。
