下了繞城高速不遠就到了，賓館地理位置優越，周邊餐飲，美容美髮，商超，麪包房都不遠。房間乾淨衞生，服務周到，早餐品種多，口味好。
白天和晚上可去北湖公園及觀看南充夜景。

房間不錯，雖然有很多收費的設施設備，但是總體來説是家很不錯的酒店，周邊吃飯的地方也多，前台的服務態度還是很熱情的。附近的交通也很方便，離我的考場不遠

多次入住了，環境優雅，酒店有茶坊，頂樓有咖啡，出行也方便。酒店對面是尚品時代購物廣場，裏面有瑞幸、茶百道，可吃可逛的多。

居然百歲山的水是收費的 8塊錢。瓶子上也沒有標簽 旁邊昆崙山上面就寫着15元。這有點坑吧。別的酒店百歲山都是免費的水。電視也很老舊。臨時開會住一晚。很一般。居然還是這裏價位算高的酒店。

住過好幾次了，幾乎每年都入住一次。
金鴻酒店是老酒店了，中規中矩的。
我覺得它最大的問題是老化，設施，服務，管理都也點。
比如説，它的淋浴房間沒有繩子可以晾曬衣服，它的房間窗户扳手上可以掛衣架的，但是它窗户上赫然貼起個條子，説晾衣服要掛在淋浴房的繩子上，實際上確實沒有繩子可用。
另外就是它的淋浴間地下漏水，洗澡水沿着門縫流到整個洗手間，師傅來看了也解決不了

地毯衞浴等設施較舊，前台和早餐的服務態度都還不錯，但清潔衞生的阿姨有些不可理喻，住了7天，退房時收拾東西，需要幾個袋子，先要了2個，感覺不夠，想再要2個，被告知要收費，然後拿了兩個別的房間留下的用過的臟袋子，非常過分！
