最糟糕的一次入住體驗
1、服務態度奇差
2、前台工作人員相當業餘
3、房間衞生環境糟糕
我是在2024年2月5日晚上九點十分左右入住的酒店，前台是一箇中年男的，衹會方言，入住溝通很不便，我在攜程上訂的是一個大床房，但他給我開的是標間，且這個酒店標間比大床房更便宜。我進房間發現不對第一時間就去前台，但得到的是很冰冷的答覆説沒有普通大床房了，要不就加錢升級豪華大床房。第一回見給客人反向升級房間，沒房了就給客人安排便宜的房間，差的錢也不退給客人。雖然錢不多，但很噁心人。
期間有幾個人進來他就把我晾在一邊，非常冷漠，這會兒又來了一箇中年女的，問怎麼回事，我告訴她房間開錯了，她也是很冷漠，説衹能加錢換豪華大床房，且眼神非常不善，還轉頭問那個男的我有沒有登記身份訊息，什麼意思？客人有問題第一時間想的是把客人趕走？
想着算了忍一下，結果入住之後，衞生非常糟糕，下面是拍的照片，枕頭枕巾發黃成這樣，是從來不洗？床單被子感覺還很潮。有電視，但店家把遙控器電池都扣了，所以電視就是一個擺設。廁所的環境更是糟糕。
總結，服務態度惡劣，房間衞生糟糕。
