此賓館靠近江邊，視野比較開闊，江水滔滔，賓館門口可停車，老闆和老闆娘熱情大方，房間簡潔，整齊，衞生，免費提供洗漱用品，有電熱水壺，免費WIFI，24小時熱水，可提供電吹風。

老闆娘服務態度很好，不忍心評價，但仍希望老闆娘改善一下，賺錢的同時也儘量讓客户滿意，房費收了，也不便宜，節約成本有個度，水温太低，衹能算温水，洗澡感覺有點涼，水流太細，需修理一下或更換，燈壞了要及時換，燈全亮也是暗的，再壞兩盞，體驗極差，希望老闆娘能用心經營，逐步更換損壞的設施。
