設施簡陋，什麼都沒有，去前台要的，給的紙片拖鞋，掉毛牙刷，捲紙好薄一小卷，晚上要開電褥子，價格高，能有相應服務也行呀。態度還不好，愛答不理的，這價格，應該是旅遊期間，能宰一個是一個吧。在他家吃的飯，死鹹，要了個蒜苗回鍋肉，人端出來一盤洋葱炒肉，問他是上錯了，人説，蒜苗沒有了，這就是回鍋肉。哎。出來玩了一個月，最差的一家。

光霧山每年都會來遊玩，這次入住的這家心泊酒店非常開心，首先是入住環境衞生都不錯，很乾凈，其次前台的小姐姐應該是老闆，非常熱情，以前出去旅遊很少在酒店吃飯，這次在心泊酒店品嚐了她家的菜餚，真的很乾凈衞生，味道也是正宗農家菜的口味，最主要的是你入住她們家酒店給我的感覺就像是到了自己家一樣，值得推薦🥰🥰🥰

房間非常臭，我們住的三個房間都非常臭，服務態度極其惡劣，建議大家今後都不要記住這個酒店！早餐也非常差，我們那個朋友吃了他的饅頭都拉肚子，並在餐桌上吃了過後都不及時打掃，非常的差！
