老闆跟老闆娘服務親切。廚藝非常高超。環境也很安靜。住了兩晚，我們全家上下都非常滿意。

老闆和老闆娘都很熱情，訂房前打電話去詢問住宿旅遊任何問題都很有耐心解惑，也提供接駁師傅的方案，讓我們的行程一點都不浪費時間，房間很漂亮，衛生還不錯，花灑也很舒服，點心盤獲得全家喜愛，附近的景點很方便逛，剛好是和貴樓，下午四點開始慢慢逛，一路往北逛到最遠的懷遠樓，再慢慢逛回中間點雲水謠，剛好吃晚餐（阿寶飯店，有空調，老闆也很熱情，態度很好，食物超美味，會懷念），吃飽再慢慢散步回民宿，超棒的行程，早餐也很豐富，吃好飽，大推唷！！

民宿就在和貴樓邊上，很近，離來回南靖水雲謠的6路大巴站和景區停車場都很近。簡老闆一家都非常隨和熱情，一路幫忙拿行李，還及時提醒我遺望在櫃枱的相機，晚上還冒雨給我送我要的小剪刀，包車拼車也幫忙張羅，昨天雖然入住別的酒店了但當聽説我無人機炸機了還問需不需要幫忙去尋找，這服務意識和態度槓槓滴呀。民宿是在一個民居小土樓基礎上改造的，有點像小四合院，內部裝修非常花築，典雅大方又隨意舒適，還送了水果茶盤及一盒精緻的茶葉，贊。另外老闆特意推薦我去和貴樓不遠的火燒樓拍照，果然出片，有喜歡拍星空星軌的強烈建議入住這個地方（估計要淡季來，還要和原住民商量關燈）。

民宿位子很好，就在小溪邊，門口有免費停車場，自駕遊很方便，老闆廚藝不錯，魚燒的很好吃，自家種的白菜也好吃，老闆人熱情，主動來懷遠樓接我們回民宿，少走了一小時的石頭路，還讓我們免費參觀了隔壁他家族的土樓，上樓拍照等，給我們留下美好的回憶。

和姐妹一起説走就走的旅行，第二站來到南靖土樓。體驗非常好，住在房主大姐家從接待到送車，都有小驚喜小浪漫。在雙美民宿住還能免費上翠美樓哦。房主家阿婆年紀大，但是指揮拍照那是一流。民宿的周圍環境和住宿環境可以看我的圖片哦。

住宿感覺挺好，房間衞生乾淨，佈置簡潔，不失雅緻。特別喜歡的是透過兩扇大玻漓窗可以看到的美麗景緻。老闆是個熱心人，做的菜也很好吃，特別是清蒸光魚，很美味。有一點注意的就是洗澡水是電熱水器，儲存的熱水衹夠一人用量，下一位就要等侍水燒好了再洗，需要點耐心哦。

村屋精修改建的房間，房間前的農家小院有點破落殘舊，房間對着的河景有挖掘機在挖河床。本來就是想體驗古村幽靜的環境，開頭連訂了2晚，但下訂後30分鐘就不能退！！！到達後發現雲水謠景區沒什麼遊覽價值，基本2小時逛完，就不想多住，退第二晚，衹能和房東協商一輪後才同意打折折算為他們家的午餐費。
需要購買雲水謠景區門票90我元/人才能入住！！！從南靖高鐵站前往被私車宰了60元/人到達。住的當晚下大雨了，村裡燈光夜景也很一般。整個景區商業化-各種餐飲遊樂消費價高質量次，完全沒客家古村淳樸的氛圍。
總言之如果想看 土樓圍屋，從廈門跟團一日遊即可，根本沒必要在此停宿。
