酒店位置就在牛首山景區東門附近，步行到東門售票處約十多分鐘，對於要去景區遊玩的人非常方便，但是因為酒店位於景區附近所以距離市區還是比較遠的，開車過來比較方便。酒店整體比較大，寬大的接待廳空間很開闊，出電梯到餐廳吃早餐都要走一段距離，客房走廊設計也很新穎有特色，房間也很大，衞浴很寬闊，設施也感覺不到陳舊，陽台對着小湖，視野還不錯，可惜酒店外圍沒有什麼景觀，也沒有可以散步的地方。服務方面，前臺中規中矩，感覺不到很熱情，辦完手續給了門卡就沒有多餘的話。房間服務還不錯，有需要的物品講一聲很快就送過來。説到最滿意的地方當屬餐飲了，早餐品種多，分了好幾個枱子説得上是琳琅滿目，質量上乘，晚餐出品尤其贊，其中薰魚、梅乾菜豬手、韭菜銀牙，五星級大廚水準非常出色，精緻又美味。總之這次入住感覺很好，來之前還有點擔心酒店設施陳舊，看來沒選錯

第二次入住，酒店環境，服務都很不錯。6樓的青雅中餐廳很不錯，味道和價格匹配。酒店自助早餐菜品豐富，今早的蘭州拉麪深得我心。沒想到非節假日泳池人還挺多。有機會還會再次入住。

中餐廳特別好吃，6樓餐廳有素菜館和中餐，素菜做的很好吃，炸雞、酸辣火鍋、菌子、炒飯，都是素的很好吃。中餐也好吃，很精緻用心。牛首山景區旁邊特別近，走路去景點。服務不行，不會説話，前台好奇心太強，問來問去的。早餐不行，沒啥吃的。房間景色很好。游泳池不太行，水裡漂浮着很明顯的，白色粘稠狀漂浮物，好幾處。

房間整潔乾淨，舒適寬敞，服務員主動熱情，，整個酒店前衞時尚，地理位置離牛首山非常近，特別是酒店早飯品種多，味道好，非常值得，所以加入了會員，以後出去旅遊必住希爾頓

酒店在牛首山旁邊，號稱有班車接送牛首山景區，但就每小時一班，超時一分鐘不侯，自己走回來。小童樂園也沒有介紹的400平，最多40平。酒店工作人員都一副傲慢的樣子，早餐還被盜刷，住這麼多酒店很少差評，真的不想再去。

房間大，新，陽台風景好，小朋友在房間能活動開，很滿意。
入住期間服務不錯。
小童樂園不咋地，衹是看着新，其實就是個空殼，見圖，可玩性很低，沒有好好投入，衹適合小小朋友。
泳池小朋友玩的很開心，不過大人來看泳池不大，洗浴間衞生也一般，和酒店似乎不太匹配。
晚餐自助很一般，三文魚真是薄切，開餐還沒多久，居然都沒了，也不補貨。
