剛住完青木小居的雅緻大床房，必須來分享下真實體驗！先説位置，它在建鄴區核心區，離的不遠是茶南美食街，全是本地人常去的小吃攤和雜貨店，下樓走兩步就能買到超香的現烤燒餅，煙火氣拉滿！自駕的話停車也方便，停車費便宜。也建議打車或者坐地鐵，最近的地鐵站步行2分鐘左右就能到，去市區景點都挺方便。
房間衞生真的沒得挑！床單被套沒有一點污漬，衞生間的鏡子擦得鋥亮，連角落都沒有灰塵。地板拖得乾淨到能反光，洗漱用品也都是獨立包裝，用着超安心。
服務這塊直接給滿分！管家態度都超熱情，辦理入住時還主動送了本地手繪地圖，標記了好吃好玩的地方。我不小心把充電器落在房間，打電話過去立馬幫我收好，還貼心提醒離店時別忘了拿。整體體驗完全good，性價比超高，下次來還選這兒！

衞生：整個民宿極簡風很舒服有點小確幸的感覺，是被温馨佈置的房間，很乾凈衞生，出門在外最重要的就是乾淨和安全了，真的很棒，衞生間也是乾濕分離的
服務：房東人很好，會發一些南京的景點時間還會貼心告訴你一些注意事項，保持適當的距離，不會影響到住宿體驗。
位置：位置根據房東提供的情況很容易找到，因為入住的時候下雨，旁邊就是7號線應天大街站地鐵，離小區門也很近，不會走很遠。
裝修：裝修風格很喜歡，有很大的投影，晚上躺在床上看電影好舒服，而且都是有會員的，好加分啊，在酒店每次都要自己開會員。而且裝修有很多小細節，貓貓凳、暖手袋、小書角、沙發靠墊還是歡迎小零食以及房東老家的核桃都很可愛，很喜歡，有和媽媽一起拍美美的照片。
設施：設施齊全有一次性用品，還有準備一次性浴巾、一次性洗臉巾、潤膚乳、吹風機拖鞋洗衣機等，衞浴也是有護髮素的，房東很在乎細節很有用户思維，有站在消費者的角度考慮。
景觀：有很大的窗户，不管是白天還是晚上開窗透透氣真的很舒服。還有陽台可以晾曬，旅居的話，也很方便
整體很乾凈舒服下次來還會選擇的一家温暖小窩~

房間非常舒服温馨，位置出行方便，公寓樓比較老但房屋都是全新裝修的，風格簡約文藝沒有什麼繁複容易積灰的裝飾，都很乾凈很滿意。
房間裏還看到了之前房客寫下的小留言什麼挺温馨的。房東非常細心，什麼都提前想到了，什麼浴帽啊棉棒啊都有，還提供了遊玩攻略，美食推薦，來南京玩這段時間非常愉快，祝老闆生意興隆~

房間面積真的非常大 ,比酒店寬敞太多，行李隨便擺還有很大的活動空間，落地窗視野超好，小朋友跑得開很開心。房東貼心提供了益智玩具和小玩偶，還有滑板和飛行棋，真的很用心了。
投影儀畫面真的巨大，我人能站進去畫面裏面，視聽效果很不錯，看個電影動畫片。我們還提前預約了做飯裝備，電磁爐碗盤調料都是全的，這次南京之行非常順利，祝老闆生意興隆！

這次是一個人去南京看周杰倫演唱會，看到了青木小居民宿，一整個驚艷，房間非常温馨，床頭還給我放了個卡皮巴拉，太可愛了，而且距離應天大街地鐵站4號口，走路也就五六分鐘吧，巨方便，出行去哪裡都方便，周邊還有各種商場，可以去逛吃，點外賣也方便，總之體驗感滿滿，雖然衹住了一晚，但非常滿意，如果下次和朋友去南京旅遊，還會繼續入住。
