The facilities are old and outdated. The bathroom smells bad. Although the price is here, there are many cleaner ones at the same price.

The environment is quite poor, especially the sound insulation is very bad. There seems to be a factory behind it. There are still sounds of trucks loading and unloading at 1 a.m. The bedside tables and bathroom are also very dirty. It is just an old hotel with a changed door.

The room was not cleaned properly. There were no toothbrushes, slippers, shampoo or shower gel. The shower head was broken and the towels were wet!

酒店位置好找，可以免費停車，房間設施基本齊全，隔音效果不錯，無環境噪音。賓館2023年裝修不實，因為房間設施比較陳舊，衞生間玻璃上還有“明志發賓館”字樣，可能是換了老闆；衞生間漏水比較嚴重，惹人討厭，入住體驗感不好。
