房間設施很新，酒店從16樓開始，下面是寫字樓，大堂在一樓。到地鐵站2號線雨潤大街站走兩個紅綠燈，十幾分鍾吧，地鐵站旁邊就是KFC，對面還有麥當勞。我到奧體看演唱會二號線兩站到了，還算方便，外賣機器人送上來。
我在酒店拉下來手機支架，酒店女銷售*xx幫我寄回來了，郵政到付，這些都ok，我也很感謝。但是我剛剛收到貨，手機支架折下來寄的時候，把一個東西折斷了，暴力摺疊，看圖，現在變成我再折，上下就鬆了，可以拔出來了，以前是不會的，站立起來它還可以支撐，折下來它就要脱開，看圖，收到時候掉了一片白色的塑料，也給我寄回來了，也不知道是哪裡的。我收到的時候金屬和塑料處是分開了，就是説寄的時候就壞了，還不説。我收到插進去再把支架凹起來的。太暴力了，有點難過，把我東西弄壞了。下次再來看演唱會不會再住你家。

衞生情況很好，離歐美簽證中心很近，入住舒適度蠻高的。不足的地方房間狹長的，躺在床上想看電視得扭着脖子，有點彆扭。總體感覺還好吧。

房間很乾凈，樓層很高，酒店房間在16～22層。洗衣房四個洗衣機，四個烘衣機，很方便。房間裏有雨傘，電視機可以付費點播也可以免費看有線電視，有智能馬桶，礦泉水每天都有4～6瓶，總的來説很棒！

酒店位置好找，很方便尋找，一樓大廳很大，打卡拍照絕絕子好看，前台服務都很好，房間很大隔音效果還很好，離地鐵口近，交通便捷。房間佈置很合理，方方正正的房間很是舒適。前台的服務很友善且温馨，笑容也很真誠，是那種生動的笑容，一下子拉近入住人的心。
自助餐中西式很豐富，製作也很用心，口味也很不錯。

27日早七點左右值班的年輕男性（自稱）王姓前台
服務態度極差❗️❗️
另：衞生一般/無煙房仍有煙味/餐廳及健身房等均在22樓，21樓的房間會受影響
事情概述如下：
1. 27日早七點左右：可能因隔壁房門未正確關閉，走廊一直有持續報警噪音（見視頻），被吵醒，故致電前台尋求解決方案，前台表示【已派人上來查看】
2.約十分鐘後：報警噪音仍持續不斷，出門查看發現無法自行解決。再次致電前台，此時該前台給出【“大家都沒上班”】的説法，但仍堅稱【已派人上來查看】。此時我提出保持連線至問題解決，該前台流露出明顯的不耐煩態度，在我表示如果保持這種態度將給出差評時表示【“你給就是了”】並【直接掛斷電話】
3.約半小時後：報警噪音仍持續，再次致電前台，此時在電話中僵持，後有工作人員來解除問題。
4.後續退房時與經理交流得知，該員工即將離職。但我認為這並不能作為態度惡劣及影響顧客入住體驗的理由。希望酒店方就事論事，嚴肅處理。
試問：
1.在酒店因為設施問題影響到顧客休息時，第一時間不應嘗試解決問題避免影響顧客休息嗎？
2.非上班時間人手不足是不及時解決問題的藉口嗎？既然意識到人手不足不及時想解決辦法，把問題拋給顧客是希望顧客來解決嗎？
3.貴司員工既然已有消極怠工之意，不及時進行人員整改，因此造成的顧客體驗下降該如何彌補？
