Hotel and location is great but the staff is very uninterested and not welcoming. When I arrived (guest) with a Chinese speaking friend (non guest) they did not even address me at all. The other days they never greeted us even though we did but nobody looked up from their phones. Felt a bit weird for a hotel.

It was great! The location was in an amazing area with a lot of restaurants and fun things to do. The room was super cozy and the building itself was so nice and intimate with cute little touches all over.

I love this hotel so much!!! I feel very comfortable as soon as I come in. There are six cats to pet🥰🥰There is a bookstore and a coffee shop downstairs. Next time I come to Nanjing, I will stay here again...!!!
