Arrived at the hotel at midnight. The service was pretty good. I have stayed here many times. I stayed at the All Seasons in Beijing and Shanghai. But your pillows seem to have some problems. Both are very soft. I had some shoulder pain when sleeping. The ones in Shanghai and Beijing don't seem to be like this!
