Nanjing Fengda International Hotel

Four months later, my wife's birthday, I stayed at Fengda International again. The praise for the hotel in December last year was still at the top of the Ctrip review list, but the smile on the face of the front desk staff has gone away with the gusts of wind in Nanjing these days. The variety and style of breakfast seemed to be less, the white porridge was only slightly hot, the coriander mixed with dried shreds could not even cover the bottom of the plate, and a few Chinese dim sum were scattered in the drawer..., and so on. It should be noted that we entered the buffet restaurant at 8:30, and the hotel provided breakfast from 7 to 10 o'clock. The waitress in the Chinese restaurant on the fourth floor where you can order food is very good. She introduced the menu enthusiastically and patiently, and twice reminded us responsibly that the dishes we ordered were enough. The service provided during our meal was also very thoughtful. The three dishes we ordered were excellent in color, fragrance, taste and shape, which was commendable and tempting to aftertaste.

The surrounding natural environment is good, on the bank of the Yangtze River, you can see the Yangtze River from the high-rise building, next to it is an outlet, convenient for eating and shopping, a newly opened hotel with large rooms, complete facilities and rich breakfast.

The hotel is in a good location, in Pukou District, with convenient transportation, close to the Youth Olympic Stadium and the Internet celebrity bridge. The rooms in the exclusive building are comfortable and hygienic, the service staff are very enthusiastic and willing to provide various help. Miss Dai Yuhui's service is very enthusiastic and deserves a reward. The room is warm, the service attitude of the front desk staff is very gentle, the hotel's location is also very good, very convenient, and overall it is great. I will stay here again next time. The service was very thoughtful, the environment was clean and tidy, and the buffet tasted very good. I will consider reserving it next time I come. The two ladies at the front desk, Qian Jingjing and Hu Qiqi, were very enthusiastic and had a very good attitude. I will come again in the future.

There are not many room types in the new hotel, almost only the difference between a king-size bed and a twin bed. There are relatively large rooms in the four corners of the building. The front desk helped to upgrade the room type during this stay. The environment is good, there is an outlet next to it, and shopping is convenient. But it is not convenient for tourists. It is too far from the city. There is no convenient public transportation except taking a taxi. The nearest subway is about 4 kilometers away, and it takes more than an hour to get to the city. During the Qingming Festival, the breakfast restaurant was crowded and almost full, and the service quality declined significantly. The hotel was not cleaned seriously, probably because there were too many guests. The cleaning in the middle of two consecutive days was perfunctory. The quilt was not very comfortable to cover, but other aspects were OK. The hotel lobby was particularly empty, with no decorations, and there were still many areas that needed improvement.
