The hotel is new and clean. Convenient to travel around either by metro or bus. The staff is friendly especially the kitchen staff. The food presentation is great. We enjoyed the breakfast very much.

The Subway station is about 250m away from hotel.
Front desk staff are helpful and polite.

The staff was very helpful, I have problem eith my other hotel and I can’t speak chinese, they help me to call my other hotel and fix my problem. The ktv don’t bother me too much, good experienc to stay here

Very helpful front desk young man who helps us book the hotel breakfast online at a discount price.
Clean and new hotel room.
Tasty breakfast and coffee at lobby.
Can still choose a room with less noisy sound from downstair Karaoke. Weekdays should not be a concern in noise since less people are patronizing Karaoke
