I was completely captivated from my first stay! 😁 This hotel is tucked away in the heart of downtown, yet it offers a tranquil escape. The moment you step inside, you feel a sense of isolation from the hustle and bustle. The service was even more amazing. The front desk lady took the trouble to remove her shoes before entering the room. This subtle detail was truly touching, and it instantly conveyed the hotel's commitment to quality and its inherently human touch. The room's sound system was also amazing. Putting on my favorite songs and snuggling up in the cozy comforter was a true pleasure. 😁 I'll definitely stay here again!

The lobby corridor is well designed in all aspects, but the owner put some irrelevant things in it, which affected the original design aesthetics. 😀 The reason why I gave half a star less for hygiene and environment is mainly because of the elevator. 1️⃣I called before check-in to inquire about the parking lot location. The front desk was vague and could not explain where it was.
2️⃣The front desk was eating during check-in. Very unprofessional.
