位置極佳，就在新街口丹鳳街，步行到地鐵站很近，去玄武湖、雞鳴寺、總統府都很方便。周邊餐廳、便利店、非常多，生活便利。房間乾淨整潔，裝修很有格調。我訂的是精品大床房，床品舒適。前台服務熱情周到，有問必答。入住和退房流程都很順暢。在這個地段，能以這個價格住到如此品質的客棧，性價比非常高。

先説缺點：酒店位於一個小破衚衕內，衚衕內衞生非常差，進酒店的電梯環境非常差。屋內衞生間非常小，洗手池迷你的程度跟香港的酒店有一拼；而且沒有免費的礦泉水，毛巾和浴巾都是一次性的。但屋內的衞生還算可以。房屋隔音差，但還沒到忍受不了的地步。
再説優點：淡季的價格非常非常低，100出頭一晚，並且酒店位於市中心，步行10分鐘左右就是地鐵站珠江路，往前坐一站便是新街口。這個價格在這個位置，以上的缺點我已經完全可以包容了。
如果能像我一樣因為性價比接受以上缺點的朋友推薦入住。

房間整體乾淨整潔，沒有一絲灰塵，讓人住着特別舒心。床品柔軟舒適，躺上去彷彿置身雲端，一夜好眠到天亮。房間佈局合理，空間利用率高，各種設施齊全且使用方便，入住體驗非常棒。

價格實惠，房間打掃的很乾凈，窗户採光很好，唯一的缺點就是外面靠近道路，有些噪音，個人覺得影響不大，也貼心的準備了降噪耳塞。前台服務態度很好，中間離開了一天，寄存了行李，房東還幫我把行李放回了房間。

感覺房間還是很乾凈 而且價格很友好 訂完房老闆娘也很熱情打電話提前溝通住**宜 唯一不足的就是稍微偏僻了一點 然後也是和其他公寓共用一棟樓舊舊的 但是進到去客棧的環境就很好了
