地理位置很不錯，離地鐵非常近，去哪裡都方便！一進大堂就有聖誕氣氛了。
前台給我們升級了房間，正對玄武湖，風景很不錯。還去了46樓的停機坪參觀，很出片。
房間衞生乾淨不錯。
早飯東西很多，就是高峯期間人也多需要等位。一樓的江南灶是黑珍珠二星，值得再去！

想着生活要有點儀式感。金秋十一月趁着馬上要到廿週年紀念日了，找個地方來度個小假。
前段時間通過攜程網上直播間訂的酒店。網上最近盛傳一句話“法拉利老了還是法拉利！”南京香格里拉就是。走廊地毯護牆板水晶吊燈，看着就還是那樣經典。酒店還是很傳統，房間設施齊全。床墊和枕頭都相當舒適。
客房服務阿姨很好。人很nice全程微笑輕聲細語。幫客人及時解決了問題。讓客人也很開心也很滿意。
馬上十二月了要聖誕節🎄酒店大堂布置很温馨，靚麗。
住酒店客人可去樓頂直升機停機坪打卡拍照看個四周風景。
住酒店客人通過客房服務還可以直接訂黑珍珠二鑽餐廳，也很是方便。
住酒店客人入住當天報備車牌號。住酒店中進出自由這點也很方便。
住酒店客人臨走時還會收到伴手禮，這點也很欣喜！
酒店早餐品種很豐富也很好吃。兩天都吃了正宗南京鴨血粉絲湯和南京小籠包。
總之很滿意，下次再來。

商務出差很適合，新模範馬路站下來步行3分鐘就可以到達，前台工作人員服務熱情，保潔阿姨有求必應，還有温馨的開夜床服務，酒店早餐很豐盛，景色也很美，特別感謝值班經理的耐心接待，半夜也會及時回覆消息，下次會再來

地理位置優越，離地鐵1號線很近，出行方便。湖景房面對玄武湖和紫金山，早上能看到日出，很漂亮。早餐品種豐富味道也好。下次來南京會再住這裏的。

去於愛人自駕去南京旅遊住在香格里拉4晚5天，前台辦入住的姓潘的小哥哥非常熱心，考慮到我們要住4晚5天且不包含早餐，就專門提議補部分合理差價安排我們入住到了豪華閣，既可享用行政酒廊的每天早餐、下午茶和晚上的快樂時光晚餐。入住期間我們感受到了香格里拉的熱情服務，不但前台人員服用好，連每天來房打掃衞生的阿姨服務也非常的到位。南京香格里拉就在玄武湖附近，出行旅遊也很方便，下次來南京，我們還會繼續入住南京香格里拉大酒店。

住的行政酒廊湖景房，前台，酒廊和泳池的服務都挺好，酒廊的食物豐盛，但沒有變化，連住3晚每天都一樣，上次住不是這樣的，會有些調整，不然吃到後面就沒有胃口了。這次本來可以打分4.5的，衹給2分是因為下面這個原因：11月11日晚8點多，2個客房服務員按了幾下門鈴，我們的房間外面有客廳，因為躺在床上休息沒有立馬走出去看，服務員居然直接刷卡進房間，問她們幹什麼，説是送2支水，我們並沒有要水，給了水還不走，問她們還有什麼事，説是丟了客房記錄單，要看看是不是落在我們房間裏，我們雖然很反感，還是讓進來看，並不在我們這裏。覺得有些過分，按了幾下鈴最多20秒不到，就刷卡進房間了，還是晚上，如果正在洗澡怎麼辦？自己工作單找不到了，最多打個房間電話問一下客人就行了，怎麼可以直接進來，還假模假樣地送2支水？住香格里拉還會被這樣打擾，實在難以理解
