The location is excellent and convenient for travellers. It is located in the centre of the city. If you're calling for a Didi, it's also quite convenient.
The only thing I think should be clarified in the website is there’s staircase need to pass through. It will be very hard to carry the luggage as there’s no lift before entering the building.
However, the staff were very helpful and nice, they are willing to help us carry the big luggage as we asked help for carrying the luggage down the stairs.
The room was clean and the facilities are considered good, yet I feel it is a little bit small for 3 person in the family room.

Very good location with many things to eat. Hot was clean and attentive service staffs. Abit of walk from the train station just because the station is unusually big. There is a fried chicken shop downstairs that serve good fried chicken cutlet

Counter staffs very friendly. Hotel provides free laundry service. Thumbs up. Cross the road to reach xinjiekou train station.
The only inconvenience is the stairs. We need to carry our luggage to level 1 and take a lift up to level 5 to the hotel lobby. When we reach the lobby, we still need to carry 3 steps of stairs. Not friendly for wheel chair or elderly.

Conveniently located near metro, about 6 min walk. Quite a bustling area and the hotel was abit obscured so harder to find, nevertheless it is well equipped and we had a pleasant stay

The hotel location is really easy to find, and the room was very clean. But the most impressive is all staffs are so nice and willing to help. For a solo female traveller like me, you can feel safe and comfy here. Next time I would bring my father here too.

Better than what I expected. Friendly staff, excellent service. Room is clean and comfortable. Extended my stay for another four nights and will return to stay after my trip to Zhenjiang. Well done
