This was the first hotel in China that made a strong impression on the exceptionally great service back when I was living in China back in 2009.
Everything is effortless yet well thought of. I stayed at the Jinling Hotel 15 years ago with my wife. 15 years on we came back with our young children and the service remains as exceptionally impeccable. You can tell right from the GM (Mark) through to the front desk (Leo Huo) the service comes from the heart. Thank you Leo for taking care of me and my family during our short stay in Nanjing. Keep up the good work and looking forward to our next stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Jinlin, and I highly recommend it! The hotel’s location is excellent, making it easy to travel to any part of Nanjing. It’s also surrounded by numerous malls, which made dining very convenient—especially since my family loves picking up bread and pastries from the nearby bakeries.
The hotel staff provided exceptional service, ensuring our room was well-maintained with daily housekeeping and fresh fruit top-ups. They were also very generous with mineral water, knowing we consumed a lot.
One of the highlights was the stunning view from the lounge, which made for a truly relaxing experience. My only regret is that we missed the free dinner buffet at the lounge.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends!

Beautiful hotel room and great customer service. We throughly enjoyed our stay here along with the wonderful breakfast options. They had a mix of Western and Chinese style breakfast items available. The hotel is also very centrally located and is a short subway ride away from almost all attractions.

This is our first time in Nanjing. It was very worth it booking this hotel. The staff are all approachable and accomodating from check in until check out, housekeeping and staff in the buffet. I would like to commend Odette Pan and Connor Chen. What marks our stay as well are their brand of toiletries, I love this brand.

This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway in Jinling Hotel Nanjing 新街口. The downtown area on Main Street is a best kept secret and the Jinling Hotel offers everything you need if you don’t feel like venturing out.
We were given an upgrade to the executive room and breakfast was served on the 56th floor and we had an amazing time. The atmosphere and service were great. Definitely a must do if you are looking for a good time.
The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable especially to Mr. 邢阳, thank you for making our stay a pleasant one.

I was very close to giving this hotel a 0 star review, because the ***** that checked me in decided to give me the room next to construction and this interrupted my sleep for the entire day
Cindy cheng the cleaner on the 19th floor took care of me and provided good service so I’m giving her a 5 star review
