Very good hotel which is near to eateries and shopping area. Very friendly and excellent customer service. Near to Metro connecting to South Nanjing Railway station and very cost effective as there is no need to take taxi. Metro fare is cheap at RMB4. Rooms and toilet are clean

Hotel very near to Metro and surrounded with many eateries. Very convenient and easily access to shopping areas. Front desk service is excellent . Upon check in welcome with extra services and our luggage were brought up to our room by Miss Teng. She is extremely friendly and displayed her attributes of good customer service. We are our touched by her warm heart❤️ . Room is large and toilet is sparkling clean and new

Location very central, heaps to eat nearby, easy to catch bus to places. Facilities are a little old but clean. There is an ugly patch behind the door that should be fixed. Cupboard door falling off the hinge. Bathroom and toilet pretty clean.
The room did have a slight smoke smell in the air which cleared out after a day with windows open, air con on full blast and exhaust fan on. The front desk did confirm with me there wouldn't be smell of smoke but that what they all say.
The bed was super comfy compared to the four other hotels I have stayed at this trip. Not too firm and not too soft.

當天上午9點提前到達,大堂經理和前台殷勤的接待, 代為寄存行李, 很順利！
傍晚再次抵達前台辦理入住, 沒想到幫我們升等到27樓,超級好的視野,寬敞明亮的房間,一切就是這麼的舒適。更特別的是它有“高樓層專用”的透明觀光電梯,專屬的呢！
晚間秦淮河畔回來,房務幫我們再小小整理的房間,看到桌上的水果竟然還幫忙準備了餐具套件,真是舒心呀!
整體入住的感覺就是像是貴賓般高規格接待,對我這位衹是挑了優選經濟房型的客户而言着實是受寵若驚了。
感謝南京天豐酒店無微不至的關照!感恩!

房間很乾凈，地理位置沒話説，太絕了，地鐵口出來轉彎就到，去哪裡都沒幾站路。接待的小姐姐看我帶着都是長者孩子還給升級了房間，特地給了一個兩張床的套間，全智能控制，住得很舒服。本來看評價有差評，還挺忐忑的，結果完全沒有，出乎意料的驚喜。

衞生環境都挺好，就是設施比較陳舊，雙人標間房衹有一張椅子，導致吃飯的時候有一個人要站着吃。衞生間是磨砂玻璃的，洗澡有點尷尬。隔音也有點差，外面工作人員説話開門聲音聽得到，衞生間有一條燈帶，睡覺的時候沒辦法關。但是酒店離新街口地鐵24號出口衹有50米，兩分鐘就能到達，這個優點把所有的缺點都掩蓋了，一出地鐵就能進酒店，太幸福了。新街口有孫中山的銅像，去南京各個景點地鐵都衹有兩三個站遠，住在這個位置真的太幸福了。

Nice hotel in very central location. Minutes walk to train station. The rooms and halls were a bit musty, and keep in mind that the two-bed rooms are twin beds. We had 4 of us sleeping in there and it was very tight.
