温泉池有點臟，雖然也清理了，但還是不夠乾淨，衞生評分衹給了4.5分。餐廳可點的菜不多，房間插座鬆動，也給4.5分。其餘都還比較滿意。

剛剛入秋來泡温泉實在太爽了，一個週末短暫休息一下，走的時候身上非常輕快，強烈推薦江浙滬周圍週末staycation！
早餐也非常滿足，特別是肉桂法式吐司，餐廳外面還有大肥貓在外面求投喂哈哈
走的時候帶了三包自製曲奇餅乾，感謝經理和Susan！非常快樂的週末！

服務：管家Susan幾乎都是秒回，服務很到位貼心。放温泉水送餐拉東西寄送快遞等服務都會及時幫我們聯繫，還贈送我們伴手禮。
環境：靜謐，能量很高，十分適合獨處，房間寬敞，雖然是13年的酒店但是各種設施都很新，很有南京味兒。
餐飲：提供一份免費下午茶，非常好喝，甜品小食楊枝甘露都有，口味也不甜。早餐半自助十分推薦，很好吃。

我該怎麼組織我的語言呢，南京香樟華蘋從房間到服務，無一不美。你可能會想，一個老酒店，能有多好。這是經濟上行期建成的奢侈品酒店，那種為了舒適和私隱不計成本揮金如土的氣質，時間歲月沉澱出來的痕跡，不正是現在追求的老錢風麼，看看淋浴間放置沐浴露的小格間的圓弧倒角拼磚，以及幾乎每一面有落地窗就有推拉門可以與外院相通的牆，你就知道我在説什麼了。雖然有了歲月的痕跡，但是工作人員都有用心維護，整個房間，裏裡外外，每個角落，除了香薰、桂花和樟樹的氣味，沒有任何別的味道，這對於一間老酒店有多難得不言而喻。員工們的精神狀態也令人特別舒適，從管家susan，到早餐廳的姐姐們，到負責泳池和泡池的大哥們，有迴應，能落實，自然而又真誠，特別能看出南京人的爽快勁。我住過很多奢侈品酒店，南京的香樟華蘋是國際酒店管理公司本土化最好的一間，也是我再次來南京度假的理由。

喜歡南京的秋天，第二次入住香樟華蘋了，還是這麼優秀，早餐、温泉、服務都是業內的天花板，自製的肉桂餅乾好吃，管家又多送了2罐，雖然開業很多年，但設施維護的很好，地板看得出換新了，如果洗護用品再斟酌一下品牌，是不是會更完美。

好幾年沒來，這次來一點沒有覺得不好，還是一如既往地服務周到，放鬆地休息了幾天。我們説好了以後每年十一都會來度假幾天，就是純放鬆。
提個小建議 :酒店可以考慮更換成智能馬桶了 ，畢竟現在大多數人都是用這個 ，沒有還是挺不方便的。
