非常好的體驗，特別氣派，進來之後像是一個商場一樣，前台小姐姐非常好，還幫忙升級房型，原房續住比在平台上面優惠，非常優秀的辦理，並且工作人員也會在原房續住之後過來打掃一下，特別讓人感覺很有保障，進門也會敲門，房間很大也很乾凈，很高級，各種設施都讓人住的很舒服，有一個大桌子特別適合放電腦辦公，而且有窗户，隔音效果非常好，開下來就能透氣，關上之後特別安靜，很適合備考!

In the morning the sound of the railway tracks and construction woke us up. A drone even flown pass our window, luckily we were clothed. Staff on check in were great, however the female staff on check out at the self check in machines on 20/11 at 12pm seemed unbothered with us. We asked her if it’s possible to help us print a one page document - she simply said no. I have never stayed at a hotel that won’t help print something or at least try to. Service is just lacking from my point of view. Additionally if you order takeaway delivery, you would probably have to end up trekking 300m to the other side of the building to pick it up. Too inconvenient. There is however a nice lamb restaurant nearby. You have to pay for parking at this hotel.

空調製熱沒有用，洗完澡出來非常冷，第二天起床被子還是冷的，整感冒了，大堂經理回覆是所有的房間空調製熱都關閉了，我對個解釋不知道怎麼去回覆，看來天冷了，白金漢爵就不能住了😢

房間又大又寬敞，2米大床和床品很舒服，衞生做的很乾凈，就是位置比較偏，出入衹能打車，想吃好吃的東西還是得往新街口附近走。房間的視野也不錯，再去南京還會再選擇這裏。

酒店很大打車進去也要七扭八扭的哈哈哈，辦理入住很絲滑，房間衹有兩瓶礦泉水是免費的，其他都是有償，建議入住的時候在大廳拿兩瓶免費的水上樓！
有梯控比較安全，但是沒有送餐機器人，點外賣要自己下樓拿！！！！不過電梯很多上下樓挺方便的，比較隔音而且床品很舒服😌
入住要交500按金，退房之後沒有消費會全額退還，如果要延遲退房的話是30一小時還算便宜，整體還可以～
