桔子酒店真的是我心慕中寶藏酒店
之前旅行和出差經常住的就是四季酒店，連鎖的有保障，這次抱着試試看心態選擇桔子酒店，住的體驗感非常讓我意外
服務:前台與服務員非常貼心，而且服務態度非常好，續住整理房間也非常乾淨（中間有一點還是比較感動的，我出門之前跟服務員説啦感覺他們家糖果非常好吃，結果回來房間多啦一大包糖果與餅乾）～
房間:房間温馨簡潔乾淨，空間也還算充裕，特別是他們家床，真的超級舒服（之前住過很多酒店，有些床因為軟硬度不同，有時候就會睡的很不舒服），而他們家軟硬度適中，睡的非常舒服，後續看小紅書，好多人安利啦他們家的床墊，妥妥現實版帶貨王～
洗漱用品:他們家的洗漱用品都是非常有創意，無論包裝還是選材都是想當的貼心好看實用呢，走的時候忍不住問客服多要啦一套帶走，哈哈哈哈～

很差！首先我也是華住鉑金了，每月有固定的出差頻次，這次因為常住的酒店漲價了，就來這家了。真的很糟心！先是前台不懂是不是新來的辦入住一會要手機號一會兒要我掃碼什麼新人禮什麼亂七八糟的，我一開始以為我留的手機號和預訂號不一樣才要這麼麻煩，我就説不掃了你給我換個手機號，她就衹回一句你得掃，商旅就是要掃，（後來我沒有按照她説的步驟辦也正常入住了並沒有影響什麼，像個機器人一樣浪費時間）其次再説一下衞生，兩條浴巾一條上面有辣油，一條有頭髮！真的好傢伙！感覺有心理陰影了都看到毛巾都噁心。電視遙控板被摔爛了，燒水壺也是爛的！你們真的是會控成本的，你們公司應該要為有你們這樣的員工而感到驕傲！要不是當天累的不行，我真的要去樓下發個脾氣！真的是住過最差的桔子沒有之一！

一直都很喜歡住桔子酒店，這次去南京江寧區出差，天氣炎熱就想着找附近的，這家就在地鐵站上的建築物內很方便，走幾十米就是地鐵口，過去真是太便捷了

酒店整體還不錯，不過室內空調有點問題，包括走廊電梯都有點熱，温度控制可以再調節下
