自己來玩，住的房間雖然不大，但住的很舒服，設施也很全。服務也挺好。去周邊玩兒的地方也不遠。隔音也很棒，當然也有可能淡季人少，反正我睡一晚上睡得可舒服了。一睡就不知道幾點。昨天睡了15個小時，好久沒有睡過這麼好的覺了。

非常不好的體驗，本來以為花築是連鎖起碼有基礎的保障，結果完全就跟民宿似的，很隨意。 1.入住也延遲了一個小時，房間沒有打掃，還有前一個客人的行李，等了大半個小時阿姨清潔，我們就在外面坐了大半個小時。 2.我們在晚上11點，1點都嘗試開熱水，都衹有温水，屬於是沒法洗的那種水温，不是冬天我也就算了。直到今天早上9點10點再去才有熱水（但很熱），而且調一下水温就突然不熱了。 3.房間地板，衞生間地板都很陳舊有破損，我覺得作為酒店不應該有這種情況。 4.洗手間窗外一早大就有很大噪音。

藏在小院裏的酒店，環境清幽，性價比超高。酒店位置非常核心，附近餐飲商業齊全，地鐵交通很便利，離珍珠河、雞鳴寺解放門超近，趕上了最美的櫻花季

好的地方是房間還是很舒服的，也很乾凈，廁所無異味，也沒有反水，都是乾淨整潔的，温泉很好，自己放水，不限次數不限時間，不過房間比較小，桌子很小一個不太好放外賣也是沒有辦法的。總體還是很滿意的。温泉很贊。
