我是朋友結婚來住的這家酒店，照片是我走的時候拍的，因為我喜歡亮亮的房間以及大屏幕看劇，所以這個房間我非常滿意，拍照的時候着重拍了這兩個地方。洗手枱那邊有放東西的矮几也是我滿意的一個點，洗澡的時候放衣服，出來的時候拿衣服不會弄濕。他們家的白茶包我泡了，還蠻好喝的，就是小茶壺太小了，不夠喝，衹適合有閒情逸緻，喜歡品茶的人用。客房阿姨房間打掃得很乾凈，走的時候碰見了會打招呼。前台的小姐姐也不錯，會送水果，零食和小拖鞋給小朋友。總之，我覺得還蠻不錯的，下次來找我朋友玩的時候還會再訂這一家酒店的。

房間很乾凈，一如既往全季酒店的水壓系統還是特別好的洗澡，每次都是水特別大床墊的話都還不錯，反正睡就蠻舒服的，然後全季酒店隔音我感覺一直都蠻好的

前台服務沒有表情，遇到事情沒有關心，處理拖沓不積極。年前臘月28入住一晚，臘月二十九退房回老家過年。入住時間挺晚了，房間有尿騷味，地面不乾淨，心思湊合一晚，明天年30退房。因為需要趕路早上6點洗澡，下水堵，整個衞生間和走廊，水都流出來了。打電話給前台，告知着急，趕快安排房間洗澡，一直等了好長時間沒有送，第二次又打電話，機器人送了其他房間房卡，結果房卡不好用，第三遍電話機器人送了正確的房卡。全程沒看到人，退房，前台無半句關心和了解，面無表情。

走進酒店的大廳就能聞到淡淡的茶香味，很喜歡！前台員工服務很好很熱情，主動打招呼。房間採光好，衞生乾淨整潔，隔音效果好安靜舒適。設施齊全，有自助洗衣房，健身房，還有送物機器人真的很方便！早餐品種多口味好，尤其是鴨血粉絲湯很好吃！滿意！
