Had a fantastic stay, as I was here to celebrate my birthday. I tried calling twice beforehand but couldn't get through. Since I hadn't informed them it was my birthday and I'm not a Hyatt member, I didn't receive any special birthday amenities. Upon arrival, I was upgraded to a Le Residence Suite. The room was located on the second floor of the North Wing, at the very end of the corridor, making it a bit far from the elevator. The front desk explained that they were almost fully booked, so a room change wasn't feasible, which I understood. The 'Qing Yu An' cocktail at the lounge was excellent, and they also offered some hot food. Breakfast was incredibly rich, with many made-to-order items. For those from Northern China, the *doufunao* (savory tofu pudding) is a must-try, served with an authentic Northern-style savory broth. The freshly-prepared congee was also good, though I found it a bit too peppery. Overall, the value for money was outstanding, and I'll definitely be back.

While its proximity to 1701 is convenient for performances, the hotel's room rate feels quite steep. I have a significant complaint regarding the front desk service on that day. My food delivery arrived, but it wasn't promptly delivered to my room, ostensibly due to the delivery robot being unavailable. After waiting for 20 minutes, I went downstairs to retrieve it myself, only to find the front desk staff casually chatting and laughing. Despite both delivery robots being in the lobby, my order was simply left on a small table by the door and was never sent up. When I asked them directly, 'Why was my delivery just left there and not brought up?', the front desk staff remained silent, without even offering a single apology. This level of service certainly doesn't justify the room price.

I checked into Atour Hotel on September 4, 2025. When I turned on the central air conditioning to 24 degrees Celsius for cooling, there was a strong musty/sour smell coming from the vent. Turning the temperature down to 22 degrees and increasing the fan speed reduced the smell, but the problem persisted. This odor likely indicates that the air conditioning system hasn't been cleaned in a while, which not only affects the guest experience but also raises concerns about air quality and potential health risks. I hope Atour takes this issue seriously and thoroughly cleans and disinfects its AC systems as soon as possible to provide guests with a safe and comfortable stay. Because I had tickets for the Super Cup, I booked a room through Trip.com for ¥723, specifically requesting a high-floor room not at the end of a corridor. However, after waiting an hour in the hotel lobby, I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor (out of 18), at the end of a corridor, with no refrigerator, and a moldy smell from the AC. After this experience, should I still dare to book Atour rooms through Trip.com? Why are rooms booked through Trip.com at Atour arranged this way?

The soundproofing is very good. The front desk lady told us that the window of the room is three layers of soundproof glass. The room on the side of the road is not noisy at all. The constant temperature shower is also very fast. The water head is also good. When I checked in, I also poured fruit tea. The service attitude is particularly good.

I highly recommend the Stone & Bamboo Hotel. It is located across the road from the Nanjing South Railway, so travel by Metro and HSR is convenient. My room was clean and comfortable. Exploring Nanjing from this location was a breeze.

A very good travel and living experience. The hotel is about ten minutes away from the subway station of Line 1. The hotel has unlimited water supply, so we didn't have to buy mineral water for a few days. The rooms are spacious, all three-story buildings, and there is an exclusive courtyard downstairs. Although there are not many breakfast varieties, they are already rich and practical. There is everything you want to eat. The breakfast is different every day. The front desk service is very good, and after checking out, they helped us look after our luggage for free for one day. The key is that the price is not expensive. If I come to Hangzhou again, I will live here again.
