The location is shopping mall, nearby have variety go food choice. The room is a bit dim due to some light spoilt. Had informed the front desk and hopefully will get it replace asap. Room cleanliness is satisfactory. Overall experience is 4/5.

The moment I stepped into the hotel, the familiar atmosphere of an old five-star hotel hit me. The perfect luxury and elegance made me relax instantly. When I checked in, the front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, and arranged a room on the 44th floor for me. During the entire stay, the service in the executive lounge impressed me the most. Yumei, like the warm sun in spring, has a bright smile, a lively and lovely personality, and can always keenly capture the needs of guests, making people feel warm. There are also Shizhi and Bindian, who are also enthusiastic and considerate. Their busy figures in the lounge have become a beautiful landscape here. They use professional and thoughtful services to make every guest feel at home. In contrast, the service in the fitness center on the 5th floor is so-so. When I met a male and female waiter, they all had cold faces. In short, the executive room is recommended, which is very cost-effective.

The stay at Marriot has been very comfortable that we decided to extend 1 more night. Service are exceptional especially Arthur and Sally, who had been very helpful. Arrived at the hotel in the morning but Sally helped to arrange a clean room for early check in. Arthur helped to resolve the card and room extension. Will come back again!

The room facilities are complete. During the Spring Festival holiday, I was fortunate to choose and stay at the Hampton by Hilton Nanning Jiangnan as my home base. This stay experience undoubtedly added a lot of color to my journey. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the warm and professional service made me feel at home. During the Spring Festival, the hotel held Spring Festival activities, paper cutting, color printing, lanterns, popcorn, small gifts, etc. My little baby chose a beautiful girl makeup gift in the selection area, and the child was very happy. When we are away from home, the child is happy and we are also happy. The hotel's guest rooms are simple but stylish, and every detail reveals the careful consideration of the guests. The soft and comfortable bed seems to take away the fatigue of the day in an instant; the spacious and bright floor-to-ceiling windows let natural light fill the room, and the mood becomes brighter. It is particularly worth mentioning that the high-speed network connection in the room is stable and fast, which provides great convenience for my work and leisure. In addition to the accommodation and catering that I am very satisfied with, the hotel's location is also very superior, with convenient transportation and complete surrounding supporting facilities. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure trip, you can easily reach your destination. Every moment at Hampton by Hilton, I felt the high-quality service and care. This stay was undoubtedly a highlight of my trip. The hotel's excellent service, comfortable accommodation and convenient transportation location have won my high praise. It’s about 10km from downtown, approx 30 min taxi ride. We chose it cuz it was a stopover and close to the airport. The room smelled like funky feet and stale cigarette smoke, and we complained and immediately got switched to another room, which was better but still little smelly. But staff is really well trained, polite and friendly! Overachieving to please. Breakfast was pretty good, great variety and selection, quality was okay. But super value for price. The polite staff is their redeeming quality in my opinion.

Several issues that affected my comfort: Cleanliness: The cleanliness of my room and certain common areas was below acceptable standards. The room appeared unclean and the bathroom facilities were not thoroughly cleaned. Breakfast are lesser comparing to my stay last year I believe the room would need some renovation and touchup work. Very satisfied!!! The room is large and clean. You can directly see the Yongjiang River through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The transportation is convenient, very close to the city center, and there are many delicious foods nearby. It is recommended to stay here! !

Good hotel. The subway stop is literally 5 minutes walk away. You can take the subway from the translation. The hotel is connected to Wanda plaza during the day. There's a little market aswell behind the Wanda. The room was bigger than expected. Good check in. The bed is comfy good pillows. Would definetly recommend and stay here again.

Location is about 500m from Nanning Railway Station. Very close the Railway MRT station. Walking distance to malls and pedestrian street. Hotel building is shared by many other tenants. I understand the hotel rooms are from 10th floor upwards.It may not look grand due to ageing structure and slow elevator. The rooms are however, new clean and bright and spacious. Aircon and wifi is excellent. Highly recommend for the price.

I had a wonderful time at Nanning Hotel! The hotel itself is beautiful, but it is the staff who made my stay. I was fortunate to meet Zhou Yu, the front of house manager, whose excellent English was very helpful. He and the other staff of this hotel went the extra mile to help me enjoy my stay. I thoroughly recommend the hotel!
