I seriously suspected that I would let me stay without cleaning. Because I didn’t find it for the first time with my children, I didn’t ask for a room change. I endured no bad reviews! This time I set it for others (the location is convenient). When I entered the floor, the carpet hygiene was also poor, especially the carpet. The bare feet stepped on the footboard and were dark and sticky. A lot of dirty things, look at the carpet hair carefully... There is no change compared to 2024, disappointed! Yishang Hotel has also lived many times, this is the worst health! However, the front desk service of the hotel is good, the location is good, it is a chain hotel, I hope to strengthen health management, personal suggestion: carpet hygiene is not good, it is better to remove it.

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The river view king room on the 44th floor offered unparalleled city and river views. Service and cleanliness were top-notch, no complaints there 👍 (just wish the butler's WeChat replies were a bit more timely). The location is excellent, right above Wuxiang Hangyang City, making parking, shopping, and dining incredibly convenient. I even caught a movie at Wanda after checking out.

The staff were very helpful and always ready to help me with any queries. LiSha even took me to the nearby shops to get change for my large bill. The room was very good and spacious. I was one person in a three-bedded room and they gave me three bottles of water every day 😊 for which I was very grateful. The room is protected from outside sounds soonce the windows are closed. I enjoyed the breakfast spread every morning. There is a market right outside the hotel, as well as some food choices - very convenient. The hotel is also well-located for the subway and 2 museums.

The location of the hotel is very nice, it is very convenient to go to various attractions, you can check in along the river to the Pavilion Pier, and the Pingxi Night Market is also very close. The front desk staff intimately provided us with the elderly to travel and provided check-out delay service for easy rest. Very satisfied with a stay experience.

The service was consistently excellent, with warm and genuine hospitality. The laundry service for clothes was particularly good. It's conveniently located near a large shopping mall. Just a heads-up: there's some construction on one of the floors right now, so travelers with irregular schedules or jet lag might want to be aware. You can ask the front desk for earplugs. The room was clean, comfortable, tidy, and spacious, bright and spotless. It's comparable to a Hanting or Atour hotel.

This hotel was recommended by a friend. The front desk lady was very welcoming. The hotel lobby is spacious and clean, with a large free parking lot. Unexpectedly, there are energy charging piles, which is just right for me. It is only a 10-minute shared parking lot from the pavilion pier. After shopping, I went to Pingxi Night Market for a midnight snack. There were fruits all the way back. I bought all kinds of fruits for 20 yuan and couldn't finish them. It's a wow hotel. The price-performance ratio is much better than Jiangnan Wanda. The whole family will come during the Spring Festival and continue to stay at this hotel!

The location is near the East Station, very close, the hotel is super clean, the waiters are super friendly, they actively introduced discounts to us, actively upgraded our room, the room is large and clean, strongly recommend buying a room with breakfast, the breakfast is super rich, there are shrimps, very fresh, my favorite is still the bowl of Guilin rice noodles, super delicious

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! I was with my family with 2 young children and they were accommodating from the beginning. They found us a room that had extra space and gave us all that we needed to be comfortable. We stayed for about a week and felt very happy. The staff was extremely kind and professional, especially 小彭 who spoke English. She was our point of contact whenever we needed anything. They helped with our bags when we arrived and gave us various amenities. We had laundry service, room delivery, and they even helped us figure things out in Chinese. Also, the breakfast is more than your average continental breakfast. It has a wide selection of hot foods and authentic Chinese dishes. We were very pleased. This will be our go-to hotel whenever we need a temporary place to stay. And we will be recommended E-Charm to all of our friends, too. Thank you E-Charm.

Xiao Xie provided excellent service with a great smile. The hotel is conveniently located near the subway, which was a huge plus. Overall, a very good experience.
