1、加被子需要加費用。四人入住，兩個小孩。衹有兩床被子，想加一床被子被告知收費30元。
2、電線裸露安全隱患。
3、房間廁所淋浴設計有問題。首先不獨立有門，共用一個側滑門，上廁所與洗澡不能同時。對於一個家庭套房不合適。且玻璃磨砂不夠，洗澡上廁所還是看得見輪廓的。
4、廁所不是封閉式的。上方留空且沒有排風扇。如果上個大的。整個房間都是味道。
5、空調放置不合理。上層空調沒有什麼作用。上層温度降不下來啊。
6、酒店不是獨立空間，一層樓還有商鋪和出租屋。安全性和隔音都不好。就是民宿。

房間很寬敞，床很大。窗外就能看到江景。衞生也整理得不錯。雖然衹是簡單住了一晚，但還是留下了挺好的印象。性價比很高，下次再去南寧方特玩的話還可以考慮住這。

這家旅館真的給了我超棒的住宿體驗！從進門的那一刻起，就被它温馨舒適的環境所吸引。房間佈局合理，乾淨整潔，沒有任何異味。床鋪柔軟舒適，讓我一夜好眠。服務人員態度熱情周到，有求必應。而且地理位置優越，出行非常方便

房間寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔，衞生間、洗手盆、淋浴房都分開，不會造成使用沖突，主要是房間還配有小度，太暖心了，酒店的側門就是萬達茂商場，吃喝玩樂逛，很方便，下次還會選擇該酒店。

如果僅女生出行，不建議入住此酒店，存在非常嚴重安全問題。
本人入住當晚，因為很晚了，叫了一個**外賣，外賣員可能喝醉酒了，一直暴力拍門，給人一種要砸門而入的感覺。但由於酒店沒有貓眼，沒有防盜鏈/安全鏈，我們對於這樣可怕情況，不知所措！
可以想象，兩個女生在房內，聽到外面不明成年男性暴力砸門，詢問是誰，有什麼事情，都不迴應，就衹是瘋狂砸門，然後我們還無法通過任何途徑判斷外面情況，該有多麼的害怕！！！
這裏給服務5顆星，是因為前台小姐姐，在我們反饋這個事情後，有非常積極配合，跑上跑下5-6趟，幫我們處理此問題，在這裏還是非常感謝前台小姐姐。
