New hotel on residential area. One block from subway station, local food and vegetables market around the block, big supermarket across the street. Close to big park by the river, nice area to picnic and jogging.
Friendly and helpful owners and staff, use wechat or translator. Washing machine avaiable under request.
Nice for a long stay to get the local vibe. Recommended stay.

The room is clean and the environment is good, but the sound insulation is not very good and the shower gel and shampoo are not disposable. Overall, it’s pretty good. The price is cheap. Unexpectedly, the Xiaoai classmate smart assistant turns on the lights and curtains with voice.

The hotel is very hygienic, clean and tidy, and the location is easy to find. You won't feel noisy at night if you sleep near the road. There is a breakfast shop downstairs.

Newly renovated, the smell is a bit loud, the facilities are indeed new
But the location is too remote. It’s far from any tourist attraction. It’s better to stay near Chaoyang Square.
